At Shipwreck Beads, we want you to be completely satisfied with your treasures; if your items aren't a perfect fit for your project, you can return them within 30 days of purchase. All returned items must be in their original, unopened packaging to ensure a full refund to your original payment method.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your account and visit the order history section to select the items you wish to return and print your prepaid shipping label.
Pack Your Treasures
Carefully place the unused beads and components in their original packaging and secure them inside a padded mailer to prevent damage during transit.
Ship It Back
Affix the return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup at your convenience.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days and send a confirmation email.
